Holkarwadi TPS-4
- The Pune metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has planned to undertake Holkarwadi TPS inorder to develop the Inner ring road for PMRDA area.
- The declaration of intention to prepare the Scheme is done under provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town planning Act,1966(MRTP) Under section 60(1) dated 17/12/2018.
- Holkarwadi has been added to PMC Limit and PMRDA has been appointed as a Special Planning Authority for the area.
- Total Area of Final plots allotted to land owners: 77.70 ha (50.66%)
- Total area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA: 48.91 ha (31.89%)
- Total area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA for Open Spaces, Garden, Lake Development: 17.24 ha. (11.24%)
- Total area of Final Plots allotted for Public Amenities and Utilities: 07.95 ha. (05.18%)
- Total area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA for sale: 09.27 ha. (06.05%)
- Total area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA for E.W.S: 14.45 ha. (09.42%)
- Area under Roads: 26.77 ha.(17.45%)
- Draft T.P. Scheme has been sanctioned by dated 09/01/2020.
- Hearing of stakeholders is completed by the Arbitrator and Preliminary T.P. Scheme is submitted to State Government for approval.
