Mahalunge – Maan TPS-1

  • The Pune metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has planned to develop the first Town Planning (TP) scheme at Mahalunge and Maan Tal. Mulshi.
  • The declaration of intention to prepare the Scheme is done under provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town planning Act,1966(MRTP) Under section 60(1) dated 05/08/2017.
  • Mahalunge – Maan Preliminary TPS was been approved by State Govt.under section 86(1) and it has been published in Official gazette.
  • Due to variation in Blue/Red Flood Line, Subsequent Variation of the scheme is under progress.
  • Mahalunge-Maan has been added to PMC Limit and PMRDA has been appointed as a Special Planning Authority for the area.
  • Total Area of Final Plots allotted to Land Owners: 120.14 ha.
  • Total Area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA: 74.184 ha.
  • Total area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA for Open Spaces, Garden, Lake Development: 23.35 ha.
  • Total area of Final Plots allotted for Public Amenities and Utilities: 14.79 ha.
  • Total area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA for sale: 14.73 ha.
  • Total area of Final Plots allotted to PMRDA for E.W.S: 21.314 ha.
  • Area under Roads: 49.95 ha.
  • Nala: 06.23 ha.
  • FSI of final plot = area oforiginal plot/area offinal plot*1.25
  • Preliminary T.P. Scheme has been sanctioned by Government dated 02/12/2019.
  • Final T.P. Scheme has been drawn by Arbitrator on dated 14/02/2020.
  • Variation of T.P. Scheme is under progress and the Arbitrator has conducted hearing of all landowners, subsequent preliminary scheme will be prepared and submitted to the State Government for approval.
