Overview
Ongoing Project :- Construction of 6452 Affordable Housing Units at Sector 12, Phase – 2.
Completed Project :-
1) Construction of 4883 Affordable Housing Units under PMAY at sector 12 Phase – I
2) Construction of 792 Affordable Housing units at Sector 30 & 32.
Under the mission of “Housing for All”, as per notification no 2015/PK-110/HSG- 2/Housing Swpr srs 22/3/2017, ther target for construction of DUs in Pune District about 2,19,075 & especially for PCMC area is 72,228 DUs under PMAY Mission.
PMRDA has constructed 4883 Dus in PCMC area at Sector 12 – Phase I under PMAY Mission. PMRDA has constructed 792 Dus in PCMC area at Sector 30-32 under Affordable Housing Scheme. Construction of Housing Project of 6452 Dus in PCMC area at Sector 12 Phase II is in
Progress. Thus PMRDA is Constructing Total 12127 Dus in Housing Project .
Scope of Work
Ongoing Project :- Construction of 6452 Affordable Housing Units at Sector 12, Phase – 2.
The project is being constructed on 7 plots (G1, G2, D1, D2, D3, E & F) of Sector 12 admeasuring around 11.63 acres area.
