5. Development of Ghats in PMR Area

Development of the ghat along the Indrayani River at Dehu, from Kapur Oda to Jagatguru Tukaram Maharaj Temple, is proposed under the Central Government CAPEX funding, with an expected allocation of ₹25 crore. As per the demand of the Municipal Council, priority has been accorded to the development of the new ghat.

The estimated cost of the work is ₹19,98,41,035/-, for which administrative approval has been granted. The tender process has been completed, work orders have been issued, and the work is currently in progress.
