It is hereby informed to all concerned that, regarding the following survey numbers at Mouje Nigdi, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, as per the mutation entry on the 7/12 extract and the acquisition record provided by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Land Acquisition No. 3, the land mentioned in the survey numbers was acquired by the then Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority. In lieu of this acquisition, the legal heirs of the original landowner, late Gangaram Rama Kalbhor — Mr. Dattatraya Gangaram Kalbhor and Mrs. Anjana Bansilal Nadhe — have submitted a request to the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA), Pune office, for a 6.25% return land.
